Frequent Questions

1Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within  5 to 7 business days from the time the order was place. You will receive an e-mail the day your awards are shipped with a UPS tracking number. We do offer Express Ordering for priority service.

2Q: How much text can I put on my award?
In the text area of each award there is a suggested maximum number of lines of text that can be engraved. If you try to put too much engraving on the award it may be difficult to read. A line typically is 4-6 words. Non-plaque awards are less, 2-3 words per line. Orders that exceed the recommended amount of text may incur additional charges. We center all text unless you specify differently in the comments section of the Engraving Order Form.

3Q: Are there engraving or logo charges, can I get a proof?
Engraving and logo setup (one logo) are included in all our awards. Additional logos/signatures will incur charges. Setups for languages other than English may incur setup charges. Adding columns or list of names may incur additional charges. If you request a proof one will be e-mailed to you. Multiple proofs of the same item will incur charges. If your order is less than $25 (less shipping) there is a $10 charge for a proof. Proofs and changes will increase your production time. If you are including a logo please read our Logo Requirements page before sending.

4Q: What are your shipping charges?
We use UPS ground as our default shipping method. Overnight, 2nd day service and 3 day select are also available. UPS does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday. UPS will not ship to a Post Office Box, we need a valid street address to ensure proper delivery. There is an additional $10 charge to ship to APO-FBO boxes. We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico for an additional charge.

5Q: Do you offer shipping insurance?
All awards are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you.

6Q: Will I be charged for redelivery of my order?
Charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect delivery information by the customer. If you provide an incorrect shipping address and UPS corrects and delivers the package(s) you will be charged an additional $10.

7Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
Orders shipped within Texas are charged sales tax. If you are in Texas and are an Exempt Organization simply e-mail your "Exempt Certificate" and you will receive a refund for the sales tax.

8Q: Can I change my order after submitting it?
Please e-mail us as soon as possible. All sales submitted to our system are most likely going to start to be processed within a few hours of the business day from when they were received. Therefore, any changes may be charged a fee for work done. Please confirm order quantities and engraving before placing orders. Canceled orders may result in production time charges.

9Q: What if I make a mistake on my order?
Please e-mail us as soon as possible. Depending on the item, we will send out a replacement engraving plate or replace the item. Naturally, if we make the mistake there is no charge... If the customer makes the mistake there will be a charge. Expedited shipping methods are available at the customers expense.
