Please allow approximately 10 business days for personalization and production of your award(s). Rush service may be available.

A layout or proof can be provided for approval before production upon request.

Applicable sales tax will be charged as required by law.

Rush Orders

• Rush fees and applicable engraving or personalization charges may apply.

Returns & Claims

• Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or receipt.
• Eligible returns must be made within 7 business days of delivery.
• Personalized or engraved acrylic, crystal, glass, plaques, and other custom products are non-refundable and cannot be returned for credit, except for defects or errors attributable to M&M Awards.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
• Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt.
• Approved returns must be returned in the condition received.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error by M&M Awards.

You authorize M&M Awards to reproduce the submitted material as necessary to complete your order.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, M&M Awards shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of products purchased from M&M Awards or the inability to use such products.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability, so these limitations may not apply in all circumstances.
