A Layout/Proof can be emailed for approval before production on request.
Sales Tax is charged on all orders shipped within the State of Texas.

Returns:
- All Claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
- Items must be returned within 7 business days of delivery.
- Engraved acrylics, crystal, glass, and plaques cannot be returned for credit and are nonrefundable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please check your order upon receipt.
- All items must be returned in the condition they were received.
- Return shipping is at customers expense.
